While driving East on Rt 60, just outside of Magdalena, a silhouette of the Gallinas Mountains rises behind the rolling plains. Intrigued by the patterns of the hills, I took several photos from which I composed this painting. Done in pastels ( see post of June 1st), it is 16"x24".Reproductions of this painting are available.
